Move With Happie (MWH) Wellness is a corporate health, fitness and wellness company. We help organisations build healthier, more energetic and higher-performing teams.
We bring practical wellness directly into the workplace. That makes it easier for employees to move more, eat better, manage stress and take proactive steps towards better health, without disrupting a busy working day.
Our programmes combine fitness, health education, preventive health and workplace wellness. They build lasting habits that benefit employees and organisations, and they teach people how to lower their risk of non-communicable diseases.
Across Africa's corporate workforce, many employees have never taken part in structured strength training or been shown, in practical terms, why healthy eating matters. The exact figures vary by country and study. Global research consistently shows that a large share of adults do not meet recommended activity levels, and sedentary work keeps raising the risk of preventable health conditions.
In Africa, the growing burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) is closely linked to refined carbohydrates and sugary foods, long hours of sitting, too little physical activity and limited nutrition education. Type 2 diabetes is one of the most prominent and fastest growing of these conditions across the continent.
We work with companies to create wellness programmes that fit their people, culture, schedule and objectives.
We believe workplace wellness should go beyond the occasional team building fitness event. It should become part of how people work and live.
That is why MWH Wellness builds practical programmes that employees can take part in and keep up, while helping organisations build a healthier workplace culture.
Move more. Live better. Perform sustainably.
Happie Daher-EbhohonMy name is Happie Daher-Ebhohon, founder of Move With Happie (MWH) Wellness.
For many years, I worked as an engineer in the energy industry. Like many professionals, I spent long hours at work, often sitting for most of the day and dealing with demanding schedules.
At one point, I realised that even going to the gym had become difficult.
The gym was only a few minutes away from my workplace, but finding the time to leave the office, work out and get back was becoming a challenge. So I decided to find a solution within the workplace.
I started organising 30-minute aerobics and strength training sessions with my colleagues.
What started as a simple way to help us stay active quickly became something much bigger.
People started looking forward to the sessions. We laughed together, challenged one another, competed in fun challenges and, most importantly, connected outside our usual work roles.
I saw first-hand how movement could change a workplace.
It brought people together. It improved communication. It created stronger relationships and helped build a healthier, more positive work environment.
But there was another, much more personal reason why I knew this work mattered.
My father worked extremely hard throughout his life. A few weeks after he stopped working, he suffered a partial stroke and was later diagnosed with diabetes.
His retirement, which should have been a time to rest and enjoy life, became a long journey between hospitals and medical appointments. We watched his health deteriorate until we eventually lost him in 2025.
That experience changed the way I think about health.
We spend a huge part of our lives at work. Yet we often leave our health behind while pursuing our careers, businesses and responsibilities.
I believe we can do better.
Regular physical activity, better nutrition and early awareness of health risks can make a meaningful difference in preventing and managing many non-communicable diseases.
This is why I started MWH Wellness.
Our mission is simple: to bring health and wellness into the workplace, where people already spend much of their time.
It is also to lower people's chances of getting non-communicable diseases, raise productivity and reduce sick leave.
We want to help companies create healthier teams through practical fitness, nutrition education, preventive health initiatives and workplace wellness programmes.
Our goal is bigger than getting people to exercise for 30 minutes.
We want to help people live longer, healthier and more productive lives, and help organisations build workplaces where people can thrive.
Because success at work should never have to come at the expense of your health.
Tell us about your team and what you want to achieve. We will come back with a programme that fits.
