YOUR INFORMATION.

Move With Happie (MWH) Wellness is a corporate health, fitness and wellness company based in Kampala, Uganda. We decide how the information on this page is used. You can reach us at hello@movewithhappie.com.

We only collect what you type into a form on this site.

• Newsletter. Your email address, so we can send you the Sunday note.
• Contact and proposal requests. Your name, email address and message, plus your company and team size if you give them. We use these to reply to you.
• Shop requests. Your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you asked for. We use these to arrange your order with you.
• Wellness surveys. Your name, contact details, company, and your answers about your habits and your health. We use these to plan a programme for you or your team.

Survey answers about your health are sensitive. We store them only if you tick the consent box on the survey. If you leave it unticked, your health answers are not saved.

When your employer runs a programme with us, they receive a group report on who took part and what changed across the team. Your individual health readings and answers are not shared with your employer.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use an analytics service. It saves two small settings in your own browser: that you have already seen the opening movement reset, and whether you paused the background video. Neither is sent to us.

What you send is stored in our own client system, on a server we rent in the European Union. That is outside Uganda. MWH Wellness staff who need it to do their work can see it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

We keep your details for as long as we are in touch with you, or while your employer's programme runs. You can ask us to delete them sooner. You can leave the newsletter at any time by asking us.

Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw a consent you gave. Write to us at hello@movewithhappie.com and we will act on it.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Office of Uganda.

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
